Scatter plots are 2D charts for displaying two or more variables for a single set of data.
They are extremely hard to display, mainly because of the amount of data involved.
Scatterplot.js uses a DOM-based rendering engine to create the chart, the back grid, the axis system and the plots themselves.
Points can be passed by a combination of HTML code and simple JS calls, Scatterplot.js supporting an unlimited number of points per graph.
Because DOM elements are used to render the graph instead of canvas or SVG, Scatterplot.js graphs are also responsive and can adapt to any screen size.
